The following activities will be conducted:

• Virtual workshops with stakeholders,
• Newspaper advert (national)

Provincial Activities

• Provinces to plan activities that will be implemented by them and engage with Municipalities for placement of suggestion boxes where the various stakeholders can submit their comments on the Regulations.

Stakeholder Engagement

Feedback to stakeholders will be done by means of:

• Direct answers to any questions or requests for additional information through letters and emails. Issues and Response Register will be distributed on a regular basis and made available in the website (http://www.dws.gov.za).
• The provision of information in the regulations, workshops, websites and other communications ways that have been identified. In addition to this the project and relevant information will be shared at various meetings that are continually held with the stakeholders.
